Remember to Dream

So, about a week ago I actually stumbled upon Spore, a really cute game made by EA: http://www.spore.com/.

At first I was really excited when I browsed through the you tube video's to see what it was about but then I kind of shrugged. Back when The Sims originally came out I was really into it, very obsessed, but the game can get boring fast. Watching sims live there lives, cleaning, pooping, and watching them sleep is really lame. Maybe I would have enjoyed it a bit more if their jobs where minigames and if the other characters had brains of their own. Also, it was just to routine.

So to me looking at this....it would be the same. Just watching monsters do their own thing with you not really doing much but telling them to get food...and watching them fight other monsters.
Reminds me of Final Fantasy 11. Lame game...I hate just sitting and watching my character attack. Being a black mage was kind of cool...but that had its limits. Plus people on those servers were such douche bags. Everybody liked to literally ditch me in parties, brings back childhood memories -tear-.

Well anyways, I downloaded the creating creature part of the game because the game did look cool even with my doubts. Bah, I ended up falling in love with it. I made 2 little cute guys yesterday. It's kind of weird because I love making horror stories but I have this side of my that like beedy eyed squishies.
